Commuters on London’s Victoria Line faced significant disruptions this morning (November 21) due to a train fault at Seven Sisters station.
The issue has caused severe delays on northbound services between King’s Cross, Walthamstow Central, and Euston since around 7 am.
While the remainder of the Victoria Line is reportedly running smoothly, the extent of the disruption remains unclear, leaving passengers uncertain about how long the delays will last.
The Victoria Line isn’t the only part of London’s transport network to experience issues today. Severe delays were earlier reported on the Northern Line due to a points failure at Kennington.
Additionally, the Piccadilly Line faced delays on its eastbound route between Acton Town and Cockfosters after a customer incident.
Fortunately, services on both the Northern and Piccadilly Lines have since returned to normal, providing some relief to commuters.
Transport for London (TfL) issued an update stating: “Victoria Line: Severe delays between King’s Cross and Walthamstow Central, northbound only, while we fix a faulty trains at Seven Sisters.
“Good service on the rest of the line.”
Passengers are advised to check TfL updates regularly for real-time information and consider alternative routes where possible.
Tips for Commuters

Plan extra travel time to accommodate potential disruptions.
