A police inquiry is underway following a spate of vehicle break-ins across Livingston, with 12 cars vandalised between midnight and 7 am on Sunday, March 2.
The incidents occurred in the areas of Craigshill, Pumpherston, and Howden, resulting in items being stolen from some of the cars, while others sustained window damage.
Authorities are soliciting information and are keen to identify two suspects believed to be connected to the series of crimes.
CCTV analysis has led to the description of the first suspect, who is seen wearing a red ‘Hoodrich’ hoodie, dark trousers, and a baseball cap.
The second suspect is noted for his green hoodie and dark trousers, also topped with a baseball cap.
Constable Michael Summers has appealed for witnesses, stating, “Our investigations continue as we endeavour to locate those guilty of this heedless vandalism. We urge anyone who might have seen something unusual, or who has any information, to come forward.”
